Refund Policy:

All purchases are final sale. However if a customer accidentally orders a size too big or too small we will gladly exchange unworn apparel, tags still attached within the first 7 days once the order has been delivered! All you have to do is pay to ship the item back and we will exchange it for you! Before making any exchanges please email lipsnthreadz@gmail.com

Order Production Time: 

All orders are made to order and hand produced in Nashville, Tennessee. As each order is handmade the preparation and creation time varies (anywhere from 2-8 business days for individual orders or. Once your product(s) have been created they will be shipped using the selected shipping method based on the products ordered Apparel & All Other Products-USPS Express 1-2 Day Mail or local pick up from fab'rik Nashville .Please contact lipsnthreadz@gmail.com if you would like an estimated time of completion. We will do our best to get your order completed as soon as possible!! 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations must be done within 2 hours after the order has been placed. Any customers wishing to cancel orders after the 2 hours period will have to pay a cancellation fee if order has not shipped. If ordered has shipped and you still want to cancel, penalties will be applied. For cancelations please contact us by email at lipsnthreadz@gmail.com and provide your order information. 

Can I Change My Order?

We encourage you to double check, your order before placing it, but understand that you may have changed your mind on a color or size, making decisions like these are difficult! If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 6 hours after placing the order, by either email at lipsnthreadz@gmail.com. After 6 hours we cannot guarantee your order can be changed, if order can be changed fees may apply.
